Up until now, I have been making work in small batches, which I have been mainly selling at UK art markets - you might have even met me at one. As I’m a one-girl-band, I have struggled to make enough stock to sell at these art markets and run an online shop simultaneously. BUT….I am working on this! I’m aiming to have small batches of ceramics released periodically for sale online very soon - please follow me on instagram for updates.

In the meantime, I have stocked my shop with a selection of my products on a made-to-order basis (4-6 week lead time). If you’ve seen something you want at either an art market or on my instagram feed, then send me an email and I can make it for you on a commission basis.

I have a very limited number of spaces available if you are interested in stocking Dóttir Studio. I am only considering wholesale applications - no sale or return, rented shelves or commission based offers. If you would like to enquire about stocking my work, then please send me an email and let’s chat.

I want you to love your piece as much as I loved making it. But if you change your mind and would like to return a piece, then you must email me within 7 days of purchase and the item returned within 14 days of receipt.

The item must reach me in re-saleable condition and it is your responsibility that it does so. Once I have received your return, I will process your refund.

If an item arrives broken, send me a email with a picture of the damage and we can take it from there.

I ship items via Royal Mail. I charge a flat rate of £4.00 for Second Class Signed For in the UK. For Europe and the Rest of the World I send parcels International Tracked. This means they usually arrive within 5/10 working days of posting for Europe and 7/10 working days for the rest of the world. But parcels can take up to 4 weeks from the point of purchase to arrive. If you need something sooner or would like me to use a different method of postage, send me an email and we can work it out (this will incur additional cost).

The items I make are fragile and I try and ensure they reach you in the same condition as they leave me. The price that I charge for postage is to allow me to do this. For extra fragile pieces I might even double box your shipping to make sure it reaches you as it left me.

I try to re-cycle as much of my packaging as I can!

Yes! The shipping rate can be calculated when you check out. Please be aware that there might be import taxes to pay in your country. Dóttir Studio is not responsible for these so please keep that in mind.

Please note that because I hand make every piece, there is likely to be a certain amount of wonkiness, particularly with circular or tripod pots. I also hand paint every item, so there is also likely to be areas where you can see my brush marks. I think this adds to the charm of your piece, it makes it unique, no two pieces are identical. However, if you like your items to be perfectly smooth, straight and symmetrical then perhaps my work is not for you!

I do my best to photograph each piece to give you the best impression of what it looks like, but please bear in mind I make my work in small batches, so your piece might not be the one in the photo, but it will be equally as awesome.

My measurements are approximate and plants are not included.
